  • Develop, design, and deliver career readiness workshops and presentations for a variety of student populations to inform and prepare students for today’s workforce
  • Supervise two student interns and provide necessary resources to accomplish weekly programming to increase engagement between students and career services
  • Assist in the training and supervision of ten student employees to ensure excellent customer service standards, effective helping skills, and thorough understanding of assigned duties
  • Provide individualized advising sessions with student employees to review and evaluate job duties and expectations, as well as to explore and identify student goals and methods of achievement
  • Communicate effectively with students through oral and written communication as a teacher’s assistant for the On-Campus Internship online course in-person Get A Job course
