While interning at the Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges (LVAIC), I was exposed to higher education in an administrative light. I quickly learned the value of collaboration for the betterment of higher education establishments and learned event planning in the context of higher education activities. While at LVAIC, I assisted with the preparation of the State of the Lehigh Valley address, the Lehigh Valley Collegiate Career Expo, and the planning and implementation of the Lehigh Valley Counselor Tours for high school guidance counselors around the country.
